Heavy micromanagement, Toxic work culture, Mental pressure. Even if you complain no action is taken instead you will end up getting targeted everywhere in all meetings for raising the voice. 8 hours mandatory inside office without even considering breaks, After 8 hours also you will be indirectly forced to stay back and work .
