No leave in company. No transport service inside the company. Not connected well with other cities for upgrade or growth opportunities.

during working with shristi constructions ill learn so many new things regarding civil work and management skill it also require lots of travelling that i like most and most importantly during completion of work company gives me free hand and value my opinion and suggestion.

Dislikes

after completion of work we have to buttering government officials for our own payments and bills and any official make any unnecessary objection during work and after work without any valid reason.
