They don't provide a good or balanced work culture, there's no growth that one could expect to get by working there. They just know to over burden their employees, specially the teachers handling the primary sections. They'll give them to take up 9-10 subjects to teach. Don't get me started on the salary being provided as it is evenless than the basic salary fixed by the state government. This school even makes their teachers to decorate the school whole time and make them stay back till 4 p.m fir that and these functions keep happening regularly, and the fun fact is that they don't even pay you any extra for this and these terms are not even mentioned in the offer letter but are defended by one simple line mentioned ie. 'the employees might have to stay back for any extra work if any day required ', and hence one can't sue them bec of the extra work they pour upon the employees. Working environment in SRPS is good amd we are having a supportive staff with us.

Dislikes

Timings for the teachers is not rigid.

Work Details

During my joining session I was not completely sure that I will stay here for more than 1 year but now I am enjoying my session very well.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
