Pros: Start-up work culture New ideas are encouraged. Talent is recognized faster. Good place to explore self. New products are developed relating to recent technologies.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Cons: Micro-management Too many meetings which eats our time. Less pay. Management vision is not clearly communicated to everyone. Most of them are freshers and are not sure whats expected from them in their roles.

SP ROBOTICS is a brand which cheats their investors. After investing all the hard earned money we came to know this. Please beware of this brand if you are willing to invest.

Dislikes

No proper organizing from Head Office on anything Incharge for Franchise will keep on changing and you both can't follow together. The actual investment is not worth for this business. Instead you can start with very less investment. Poor organizing in events. It's a kind of trap for new investors/entrepreneurs If you are taking their franchise then ready to lose your money and ready to see biggest failure in your life. I see this as a kind of fraud/scam. As a individual and existing franchise people without having support to go legal they are cheating new investors again and again. I request Indian government to audit their past and request to order the brand to not give any more franchise. To my knowledge almost 70% of their franchise are failed and remaining 30% are about to fail....Read More
