Pros: Start-up work culture New ideas are encouraged. Talent is recognized faster. Good place to explore self. New products are developed relating to recent technologies.

Cons: Micro-management Too many meetings which eats our time. Less pay. Management vision is not clearly communicated to everyone. Most of them are freshers and are not sure whats expected from them in their roles.

1. They won't provide salary on time, you should be asking multiple person for update on salary every month. 2. Company with zero professionalism and ethics. 3. Weekends need to work. 4. Benifits NILL, PF is pending since March, no health insurance, no incentives or performance based pays. 5. No hikes and No promotion

The model is very simple and easy. Technical people not required - big plus point. Everything technical is taken care by the head office. Marketing and sales we have to do what the head office says which is enough. I have another brand's franchise too - support is very much better here.
