HR dept has a flawed process in place. by inviting candidates to the second round without considering their availability , they are setting up the calendar invite. Furthermore, the presence of a toxic individual like Daanish during the second call only . Insulting and demeaning candidates for not knowing specific details about the company's sales process is unprofessional and creates a hostile environment. instead of providing constructive feedback, Daanish's behaviour undermines the interview process and discourages potential talent. to assess this issue , it would be beneficial for the HR dept to reassess the interview process and make necessary modifications. it is crucial to foster a respectful and supportive environment during the interviews to encourage open communication and fair evaluation of candidates skill and potential....Read More
