Mr. Karan First and foremost we are unaware of the individual “Karan”also we have no record of serving him our services since last 15 years The language used in the comment clearly reflects the commenter’s actual class and unprofessional demeanor. It is evident that the person posting such remarks lacks both credibility and decency, resorting to tapori-style behavior that only damages their own reputation. We, Soltant Consultants Pvt Ltd, a legally registered company under the Companies Act, 2013, with our registered office in Mulund West, have been serving the recruitment industry with professionalism and integrity for over 15 years. To set the record straight, in June 2024, we hired an HR intern, Ms. Bixxl Jaxxa, who referred her acquaintance, Mr. Axxn Tiwxxri, for a position as a digital marketing executive. We were unaware of their personal relationship at the time of hiring. However, their unprofessional behavior in the office compelled us to issue warnings and, ultimately, terminate their contracts. Despite this, we provided them with experience letters to ensure a positive exit. Following their termination, defamatory comments were posted about our company, which were later removed after we issued a legal notice. Given the similarities, we have strong reasons to believe that the current defamatory comments may also be the work of Mr. Axxn & Ms. Bixxl or someone related to them We are not in the business of tolerating baseless allegations or cowardly behavior, such as hiding behind fake names and false identities. If you, the commenter, have genuine concerns or the courage to back your claims, we challenge you to share your contact details openly so that this matter can be resolved professionally, whether in a court of law or at a police station. For Your Kind information we have already commenced with the legal proceedings and would be imposing Rs 25,00,000/- only( Twenty Five Lakh only) in charge of Defamation( Sections applied in order to defame and tarnish a reputed company’s image)
