It's a good consultancy firm for freshers, only to start their career but for 6 to 8 months.

Dislikes

Not recommended for experienced professionals at all as there is no scope of progress in terms knowledge and value addition to your skill set. They do not follow any Indian or International standards for designing, like NBC, IPC, UPC etc. everything is based on their own standards, you won't get a chance to use your knowledge or experience. There are so many mistakes in each and every project due to external interference by some people. It is completely useless. They will forcefully ask you to join them without serving notice period in previous company and they will agree to give experience letter with addition to previous company's experience. But when you leave, they will not agree to give you the said experience letter which is actually committing fraud. The work culture and working environment is very very toxic. People are not professional. No HR Policy, increment and incentives are based on people's behavior with their senior i.e. brown nosing will help you secure a good raise. Too much micro-management, each and ever hour they will ask for work update just to create a false sense of urgency and to pressurize the employee.
