The benefits you receive depend on your work location. Generally, employee benefit policies are more favourable in Lucknow compared to other zones. In the Agra zone, however, employees are not allowed to encash earned leave, and they cannot take all of their allotted leaves. Management argues that taking leaves every month negatively impacts business operations.
