Faculty commitment towards their work to give the best result and never giving up attitude .

Dislikes

Work timings 8am to 8pm 😓 some times feel hectic.

Likes

Management is good. They respect faculties. If you work really well, they support us in a great way.

Dislikes

Study hours. This kills our personal life. There is no work life balance. Four days study hours is hectic and that to 2 days from 8 to 10pm is bad. If they change this and give importance to work life balance, I think many faculties will work in the institute for many years
