Likes

No bonus, salary they gave is less and ask us to work 6 days in a week. If we ask any issues or dobuts , they won't respond. No holidays and no extra pay too.

Dislikes

They won't bother for their employees, they won't take care of their employees no benfits at all. I never seen this type of rules in any coopearate company.

We have yearly bonus -prorate basis. Also, public holiday list displayed and circulated by HR. timely response over email & phone.
