Delay in decision making,management not supportive,in earlier branch's atmosphere is not not,management pressurize employees for submit emi from his own pocket,operations team done li gi without concern of customers,proper training is not giving to the new employees.

there is nothing to like about this company except the job security, no one is going to terminate you unless you have been found guilty in any kind of fraud. most they do against any one is to transfer you to some remote location or degrade your role or position or they will not give you promotion no matter how good you do your job and obviously they will taunt you but will never fire you from job....Read More

except job security everything is terrible in this company, most terrible is seniors dirty politics. if you are not fit in their politics no matter how much better you perform than rest of the employees they will never promote you and always find a way to dehumanise you. these kind of politics from seniors is actually reducing company's growth because ultimately targeted talented junior employees will find a way in other companies for their growth but Shriram Finance looses good talent because of their own seniors. i have seen in this company if a senior is muslim, he will fill all the rest senior positions with only muslim candidates, like RBH of NCR 1 region was muslim and when the post of RBH coordinator was empty 4 employees were called from whole region and all of them were muslims only, there are many examples of performing and deserving candidates are not getting promotion but a muslim field executive will easily become collection manager even if don't perform well because RBH will directly recommend him. same way other seniors too, if a senior is from particular caste or state or region, he will always give promotions to only employees of their caste, state and region. in this company licking seniors boot is more important than actually performing well your duties. work life balance is absolutely zero, they will make you come to office on Sundays too and 2-3 hours of extra time without pay is mandatory in this company....Read More
