Nothing much which I can say standsout and is not there in any other company

Mandatory six-day work weeks with no option for work from home. Inadequate leave policy without provision for leave encashment. Business experiencing a decline without a strategic planin place. Several senior-level employees have departed in the past four months. Deductions from fixed salaries occur without explanation or consultation with employees, with HR backing this practice without justification. Adoption of a hire-and-fire approach to employment. Uncertain Directions: Ever-Shifting Business Plans Lack Necessary Support for Success. Excessive promises to merchants and inadequate follow-through in delivery. It appears they're facing challenges securing funding from investors, and the current funds may not last much longer. Product is not scalable.
