There is great work life balance as there is no work in the company and the employees are not paid every month. It is the first company in my knowledge which does not pay its employees and the H.R. does not bother about its employees.

Dislikes

1. There is no H.R. in the organization. The employees performs the role of recruiter as well as part- time H.R. in the organization. 2. Employees did not get their salaries every month. 3. Less work pressure as there is very less work in the organization. Moreover, majority of the employees are not utilised by the organization. 4.
