Likes

Only parents name Rockwell and Schlumberger, however non of thier culture or technical or work ethics percolate down to Sensia.

Dislikes

In a professional context, the organization lacks work-life balance, focusing solely on extracting work while becoming a hub for politics. The majority of the workforce consists of retirement and mid-aged individuals who primarily engage in internal meetings and reviews throughout the day and night. Unfortunately, customers and their orders are treated poorly. The company has very few innovative technologies or products, and it consistently pays lower salaries or implements salary cuts, resulting in poor performance. Despite using Rockwell and SLB names, the company's culture and brand value resemble that of a startup, or even less. Many underperforming employees from SLB and Rockwell have been let go, leading this cmpany to a disastrous situation.
