The majority of the workforce consists of retirement and mid-aged individuals who primarily engage in internal meetings and reviews throughout the day and night. Unfortunately, customers and their orders are treated poorly. The company has very few innovative technologies or products, and it consistently pays lower salaries or implements salary cuts, resulting in poor performance. Despite using Rockwell and SLB names, the company's culture and brand value resemble that of a startup, or even less.
