what i find the challenging at senses electronics is the work-life balance.the demands of the role, especially when dealing with critical issues or tight deadlines,can sometimes extend beyond the regular working hours ,making it difficult to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. while i am committed to delivering high quality of support,this aspect can be challenging at times.

• Great office culture. (non-toxic environment) • No internal company politics. • Good people around you. • Great food at lunch (like, really great home cooked quality food). • Direct contact with higher management. • Annual Trips as well as Internation trips. • Company will keep employees as a family (in case of emergency, management listens to you)

Dislikes

• Compensation provided is less than expected. • Appraisal cycle is delayed every year.
