Working at SDP & Associates has been an incredibly disappointing experience. The management is disorganized and lacks basic leadership skills, creating a toxic work environment where employees feel undervalued and ignored. Communication is poor, and there's a noticeable lack of transparency about company policies and changes. The company culture is a major letdown, with little regard for work-life balance or employee well-being. The workload is overwhelming, and support from colleagues and supervisors is minimal. Despite my best efforts, I found no opportunities for professional growth or advancement. If you're considering a position here, I would strongly advise against it.
