Sometime quick decision become worse for a career but hard work will pay off. If its not then it comes under dislike:- Partner not interested in corporate governance & Corporate Finance activity. Hierarchy should be manager to partner. Employee attrition rate will be high in CA firm due to skilled employees cannot work on under rated exposure in the corporate or more than 3 years in the same.
