There are many things: - Shift time, Leave Policy, Learning exposer, Good seniors support, if we stuck in middle of the project or work, We always get salary on time 1st of every month. Regular project completion party.

No opportunity for career growth and policy of the organization is worst. company culture is also very bad and no senior support is there. Having no good projects for learning and career growth. No job security is there.
