The main thing I like here is the two days off in a week, which is very tough to maintain in this kind of work atmosphere where we have deadlines for every one or the other day. I just want this place to be innovative and find new ways in employees working style where we should use our brains rather than being a robot which does the same work as it is designed for. We employees should get our hands on new software.

I draft the floorplans, elevations, etc of the buildings which were already constructed using a point cloud data in Auto CAD.
