I joined Saya Homes 4 years back as a junior level. There is a lot to learn here and good growth in the legal department. We get a chance to learn new skills. I recently completed a course connected to legal aspects. Besides, we have good employee benefits and get regular training. The medical benefit and other perks are great. I am thankful to the management.

Dislikes

The lunch hour timeline is quite short, should be extended.

Since I have been working as a senior manager, I have had chances to learn more about Sales. Timely salary, good office ambience, and fun are worth it. Moreover, the team I handle is collaborative and help to keep the momentum going. Overall, I am happy to work here.
