I have been working at Sarvadhi since February 2021, and I would like to share my thoughts and experiences with Sarvadhi. Overall, my time here has been quite positive, with several aspects that I appreciate. First and foremost, the behavior of higher authority individuals towards employees is commendable. They are consistently polite, friendly, and approachable, creating a comfortable working atmosphere. This positive attitude fosters a sense of respect and collaboration among colleagues. I genuinely enjoy coming to the office every day, as the atmosphere is welcoming and conductive to productivity. Sarvadhi has successfully created a space where employees feel valued, motivated, and engaged in their work. One of the most siginficant advantages of working at Sarvadhi is the emphasis on personal growth and learning. Sarvadhi provides an ideal environment for individuals who are eager to continuously learn and enhance their skills. Dislikes

While there are many positive aspects of my experience at Sarvadi, there are couple of areas where improvements could be made. Firstly, although the company offers work-from-home flexibility, the start and end times could be more flexible as well. This would provide employees with greater autonomy over their work schedules and enhance work-life balance. Secondly, Considering my tenure at the company, I occasionally feel that my compensastion could be more aligned with my contributions.
