Nothing. No job security at all. But for non technical - life long working scope is there. Typical Lala company. Company policies are employer favouring.. Employees are idiotic labours for mgmt. Really horrible company to work

Dislikes

Working culture pathetic, irregularities in salaries and also for F&F - more than 6 to 8 months. That also after rigorous follow up. Company is full of politics. Only chatu people will get importance and increment and promotion. No value for technical people. Only non-technical people gets respect because at the end of day they can be loyal to company - that is what company's mentality.

Work Details

Horrible, pathetic. No skills with HR or mgmt for identification of resources. Just one fundamental concept utilization of resources.
