As a senior engineer with over 2 years of service, I have witnessed firsthand the lack of proper rules and regulations, zero emphasis on safety, and a complete disregard for employee well-being. The company's sole focus seems to be on its own benefits, with employees being treated merely as means to achieve those goals. There is no other facilities or perks.I strongly believe that this is not a healthy or sustainable way to run a company.
