There is no increase in salary I'm working here from 2.5 years. In covid 19 pandemic they are not giving us salary even our March salary is pending .So no expectations from these organisation I'm willing to change .

Only teammates are good and its may helpful for who freshers joiner.....and learn about steel industry.

Dislikes

Training, work environment , all managements & work culture need to be developed. Salary is very poor.. and mostly salary payment is very delay... Even after finished my training there is no growth and after 1year no salary increment.. you can't work peacefully in your place due to politics...
