So many things. The Management doesn't know what they want to do or where they are heading. The CEO Sudhir Sathyamurthy doesn't know what the employee does and he just hires and then fires the employees at his own convenience. The CEO and the Sales Director, each has his own ideas and the employee bears the brunt of it. Don't ever join this company and lose your life. Your life is worth more.
