Likes

I was lucky to get very cooperative team members who were unbiased honest and cooperative.I got training at every stage of my carrier. I found the job security at its best. It one is sincere and hard working he/she get full opportunities for career growth. Salary was commensurate with the importance of the work involved.

Dislikes

At lower levels I found there was a tendency in the supervisors to burden the good worker with more work and take away work from the shirkers which is not a good practive.
