Likes

Work-life balance was good. Office set up was completely professional with well-defined workspaces. Cafeteria was at stone's throw with lots of food choices.

Dislikes

Promotions, including giving awards, were completely biased. Only certain group of people get appreciations and promotions. Job security was horrible. Employees getting low ratings in appraisal and those being asked to compulsorily put papers were rampant. HR had no say on company culture and ethics. It was only the technical team that was responsible for everything, including salary hikes. If one goes to HR, they will redirect our query to the reporting manager or GM. What will you do if you have complaints against your own manager? Never join this company....Read More
