The company has been tremendous and far better when it comes to paying their employees in the lockdown. The company had zero layoffs and 100% payoff to their employees during the lockdown and after that period.

Dislikes

Redington is a bit partial when it comes to the work flexibilities in the job of a sales person for ex. An Area Sales Manager like me. Othen employees who are working in the backend as well as the business team like a Marco or any product manager , they have flexibility in their working locations. They are being alloted work from home since the lockdown till now , but we the sales guys were immediately called to our base locations and were not allowed to work from home. Even though we also do not have go to the market or to the vendors then also we should be present at our base location. This is kind of partiality....Read More

Their is no balance in work and personal life. We are closed on saturdays but still I dont even remember any single saturday in my career of 2 years in which I have not worked. But the more harsh part is that not every employee have to work on Saturdays
