Very Less Appraisal- I am associated with organisation since 10 years but the salary package yet not good even every QTR I have done over achieved my target. Now although new employee are joining higher package but who has given his life precious time more than 5-10 years they are still very less salary. Why company does not set a Standard format of appraisal? Some employees who is buttering & very close of his reporting manager they are getting every year good appraisal. (Sorry to say but it’s true) Suggestion- HR should take market feedback from the business partner before appraisal and accordingly take discussion what they can best for every employee.
