Likes are nothing, company is good only to those candidates who have completed 8-10+ years and are still with the organisation. New joiners, doesn't have a chance.

Dislikes

Everything, favouritism of employees, micro management Process, quality people and managers along with HR, doesn't get align Quality will say a thing, where HR doesn't agree and vice versa Targeting of employees, once u get noted, they will make u feel like hell
