I have been working at this company for over 5 years now, and overall it has been a great experience. One of the best things about this company is the co-workers, everyone is very friendly and willing to help each other out. The company enables a great growth culture, especially horizontal growth. I have seen some of my co-workers explore totally different career shifts and growth - like moving from the implementation team to the core product team, or from sales to turning into business analysts. As long as you're clear about what you want, the culture here is enabling to support professional growth. The salary is always paid on time, and the management team is easily approachable. Dislikes

There is not much I dislike about working here. There is room for improvement in tightening some process flows. But I can see the team actively putting an effort into this, part of any start-up environment.
