Junior level employees are helping, well mannered and supportive. Simple people Certification, learnings Few leads and managers are helping COO should check the level of politics and favouritism going on in the company.

Dislikes

Egoistic and arrogant senior project managers especially in SF team. No transparency in work, project mnagers can say anything and top management is just a puppet of what PM/ senior system analyst say. They never accept their mistakes, no 360 degree feedback concept, Complete dictatorship, honest feedback cannot be given about managers in sf team because it can backfire. No transparency. Very diplomatic DU heads. Lot of politics and project mnagaers present wrong story to Du heads and COO in sf team. Du heads are too idiot to do any evaluation, they just blindly follow leads/managers. Years of experience is important for them, nothing else matters....Read More
