It provides recruiting services to clients with earning a heavy brokerage charges from them,though it doesn't charge from employees.as third party employee we are not treated in a level playing field as permanent employee.also no leaves,neither PL,CL or medical leave.no holidays are given,even on national holidays,u have to come toproject site.only weekly off is there subject to clients project work job.no permanent job guarantee as when client job is over,ur term automatically gets over....Read More

no increment.no transport allowance for locals.no work from home facility.no free food facility.selection of candidates is very biased including salary.they give salary as per your current CTC.but don't give as per your skill and experience.same guy with less experience with lesser education qualification will become your supervisor and earn more salary than u.

Work Details

Work life balance is very poor.12-14 hours job daily.duty incoming time is flexible, sometimes they will ask to come at 8am, sometimes 6am.but returning home time is not fixed.it depends on job but minimum 12 hrs u have to stay every day.
