Since it a multi-speciality hospital, there is a variety of cases, and the exposure to patients is good. The treatments are cheap and affordable for most patients, it is rewarding to see your patients get their health back.

Skill development - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

The quality of the care given to the patients can be inadequate at times, the staff might be a bit lacking in skill and knowledge (not all, but some). The work culture is a bit hectic, makes it hard to manage everything, feels over exploited and drained at times.

Very bad management ,very bad work ethics ,no proper channels , community support I would say 0 rating for sports sports is never encouraged
