If you like to work 12 hours per day (including Saturdays) great company for you. If you want to work with toxic manager and CEO the company is for you

Dislikes

No Work Life Balance No Promotion No Growth Toxic environment CEO is very toxic treats you like a slave No annual increment You can't switch (they will not give you experience letter even if you serve notice) 3 months notice period Please stay away from this company, better to stay unemployed than being mentally tortured daily

Salary is good as compared to service-based companies. You will get mentorship from the CEO (Tarun Gaur).

Dislikes

The company culture is okayish. Sometimes I have worked on weekend also. I didn't felt work satisfaction and didn't learned much professionally. Okayish startup.
