1. Lack of Leadership Authority – Key decisions are controlled by HR, leaving sales leadership with minimal power. 2. Outdated Policies – Despite being in 2025, the company still follows 2017-era policies. 3. Deceptive Office Setup – The premium office at WTC is mainly a lure to attract talent, not a reflection of the work environment. 4. Restrictive Service Agreement – Freshers in sales are bound by a two-year contract with heavy penalties for early exit. 5.
