A lack of clear communication leads to misunderstandings and a toxic work culture. 2. Workload Distribution: Expecting juniors to handle senior-level responsibilities without proper support or recognition creates inefficiency and burnout. Work should be assigned based on experience and capability. 3. Work vs. Showoff Culture: Instead of focusing on appearances, leadership should prioritize productivity and employee well-being.
