It doesn't fallow FIFO , 5S properly. It is one kind of adjustable company if any problem occurs in. Parts they will say this level is Not Ok but when it's necessary/ urjent The parts which was Not Ok it will be also OK when through Quality people rejected those parts .Due to no proper, Systematic way the company receives monthly 4-5 complaint every month .No proper Quality Management Even Manager Doesn't have the Proper knowledge of it, he can't take his own decision.even he doesn't know about Part Name atleast 😏😏, but he acts like he know Everything , Salary also Not Credit at Exact Date , Overall there is no Necessary of Engineers i think bcz Uneducated people's will earn more Salary than Engineers.Mangenment Doesn't even know how to build up a team , how to solve any problem . I can say that They will not teach anything more knowledge u should Learn by urself in this company.......I Can write Essay about this but I think it's more Enough...Read More
