Premier Inn is the best company to work with, its excellent brand standards, adherence to policy & procedure, work culture and delegating power to take decisions at grass root is a plus point. Internal development and promotion are the norm, hence decided to stay and grow with the company and assumed more responsibility even though there was no change in the designation

They exited India business citing faster ROI from other regions in comparison to India business.
