1. Poor work life balance : Do not join this organisation if you are married or bought up with childrens. 2. Poor management : Do not focus on marketing team instead they ask leads from reference. 3. Poor Incentive program : Incentives are peak even if possible you can earn 1 lac only as incentive but criteria to attain incentive isneed to struggle a lot which means you have work on weekoff aswell. 4. Poor time management : You can come to office any time before 11.30 pm but atleast need to stay for 11.00 pm at venue place where event is conducted instead you can have shift timings or something else. 5. The worst company you could ever work in

Dislikes

Money which you spend on the travel and other expenses for the company. It makes it so delay to reimburse the amount you get pissed and when it gets bigger bill then they do not bother to reimburse. I have already spent my thousands of rupees but no reimbursement from the company.
