Nothing to like unless you are a extremely needy fresher. But if you are a experienced person, have fun running around the solution let alone finding it. But still you'll be scolded, abused for delays as if it's your fault entirely. Your boss will not guide you in any way technically because he himself is not technically sound to that level. He creates a hostile environment among the colleagues you work with. Will slow down your progress purposefully and release only when he thinks the right time is. First 10-15 days he'll talk really sweet with you and guide you. After that his true colors will show up. Never work for this company. There are so many companies who value their employees their work and their honesty. But here, you will be reminded almost everyday how you are costing money to the company ofcourse with an abusive language. No matter what, you are a boy or a girl, he does not show manners while talking. Past employees have left this organisation within 3-4 months. Max 7 months. Late marking system. Poor salary. No facilities. You come ,you work, you go home. Overtime here I believe dont exist still you'll be asked to wait even after the shift time. No perks and allowances. Hope they increase the break time from 30 min to an hour or 45 mins atleast. One more thing which I don't like is every Saturday working, atleast it should be alternate Saturday's.
