Prasanna purple is a good company in case of giving it's best to achieve its goal, but as per employee point of view it's an average company because they will squeeze you like a lemon and give you a penny. Higher authority like coo and owner are the most productive person and good person in this company , the policies of this company is average .work culture is above average , NO JOB SECURITY!

In simple short sentence. No perks, no extra work bonous, less wages more work.
