But the middle managers are culprit.here they show so much racisum and cast feeling problems.specially these middle managers directly asking community.this is undigested .these persons never come to team visit.support also very less in feeld visit problems.specially one of my report ing boss perugupalli sai Krishna every drinking and sleeping some where.never come to team visits.he is a very good person in narrating stories and lies.when we asking his support in tough cases he is unfit.specially loan closing time every customer suffering with this person.first remove this senior culprit then our company will go high.
