Salary is on time, however carrots, false commitments, given by company time to time.

Least or no increment if you are not in the good books of managers who are the part of management despite given best performance, pulls leg to downgrade, Management worst policy, leave not being carried forward, no group or health insurance, delay in giving confirmation letter.
