There is nothing good in this brand, ASM is ignorant, doesn't care about staff needs & basic requirements all he care is about the numbers in terms of sales, incentive slab is very very low compared to competitor brands

Dislikes

No PF & ESIC benefits after working 1 year & whereas other companies provide this facilities when joining or within a period of 90 days. No job security, no growth. Very Disappointed.
