Work culture is very bad. There are no benefits like medical insurance, PF there's nothing they offer. They don't even provide an offer Letter with the salary details.

Worst company... No professionalism.. You won't receive any type of Offer letter. I think, they don't have any idea about offer letter😆. Even the workers or employees have to run or hide from the company during the time of visit of employment exchange as there names are not in the employment register. You can take leave, you you will loss you pay. Moreover, payments are based on daily wages. You will receive salary by hand, in which there is no proof after leaving from there as you were an employee of pavizham. Another thing, they will deduct 3/4 of salary during the time of training. Training is comedy. Those who are looking for a career enhancement, please stay away from pavizham..It cannot consider as a company. It's just a rice mill. Rude management. You may have to leave from the company without any notice....Read More
