Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Office politics and favouritism. Manager will force you to work even after working hour. Personal Leaves and medical emergency is not consider, manager will ask you ton of questions for single day leave. Your Opinion is waste, people at higher level will do what everywhere they like.

Actual work start after 4 PM IST. So, you have to work more in eastern hours. Work life balance could be better. Unusal salary structure. No on site opportunity.
