You can never be working the right way in CITI. High end politics. Very partial VP and AVP. You get recruited as a specialist C05 and report to a C04 Fresher just because she or he will be related to the AVP or VP. you can never implement what you have learnt as best practices. Emails are considered rude and unprofessional and they consider it to be as creating documents for non functional agents.

Very partial caste state oriented management. I would never recommend CITI to anyone who aspires to grow. Very pressurising
